Epcot Flower and Garden Festival Celebrates 25 Years of Brilliant Blooms! This is perfect. One of Walt Disney World’s most amazing and enjoyable events is, of course, celebrating 25 years of gardening. The 2018 annual Epcot Flower and Garden Festival takes place every day from February 28 through May 28.

Epcot is a Disney destination during the Flower and Garden Festival. Whether you’re taking a picture with the Disney Character Topiary, grabbing a snack from the Outdoor Kitchens, experiencing some throwback fun at a concert at the Garden of the Rocks Concert Series (Friday – Monday), or entertaining the kids in the Playgrounds, every moment will be enjoyable and unforgettable.

  • How-to Garden:

An area that gives ideas about enjoyable and practical ways to create a great backyard garden at home. Make art frugally by using old materials in your living room.

Imagination Play Garden

Imagination Play Garden appears as a lively playground where our children can play and wander. This area, which is suitable for children of all ages, also includes a separate place for children between the ages of 5-12. Fun ropes etc. that they can climb, tubes that they can pass through and fun musical instruments. (This area is closed when it is dark.)

Honey Bee-stro

Inside the Epcot Flower and Garden Festival, Honey Bee-stro is hosted by the National Honey Board. It’s part outdoor cuisine, part educational crash course in honey. Take the honey bee on a journey and enjoy the moment like honey.

Spike’s Pollen Land Survey

You can add to the fun with an extra cost of $5.99+tax to collect nectar and pollinate the garden. You can buy your map and stickers from the Port of Entry.

Fun is Always Blooming at Epcot Flower and Garden Festival!

The new features at the 2018 Epcot Flower and Garden Festival are plentiful. Of course, there are also many returning favorites. Here are some of the popular things;

  • Goodness Garden Butterfly House

This nearby garden welcomes us with a beautiful indoor area that includes a nursery where cocoons turn into butterflies. You can learn the benefits of butterflies when you are surrounded by 1000 native butterflies representing up to 10 species of butterflies. (The butterfly house closes at dusk.)

  • Garden Rocks Concert Series

Epcot Flower and Garden Festival: 25th Anniversary 2023: Popular artists perform at America Gardens Theater Friday – Monday at 5:30 p.m., 6:45 p.m. and 8 p.m. How about the sounds of artists like Starship, Little River Band, Rick Springfield, Village People, The Guess Who? This is truly amazing. Herman’s Hermits and The Spinners to name a few.

  • Open Air Kitchens

There are 15 different outdoor kitchens at the Flower and Garden Festival this year. As mentioned before, one of them is new: Honey Bee-stro. Food kiosks are strategically placed throughout World Showcase, offering these farm-to-table favorites for about $4 – $8 each.

  • Topiary

Of course, Epcot Flower and Garden Festival features are not limited to these. Check out and have fun with living topiaries inspired by beloved classic Disney characters, princesses and other popular characters.

  • Tours

There are a variety of tours to choose from, including the Royal Tea Garden, Gardens of the World, English Tea Garden and Behind the Seeds, all at an additional cost. Of course, there is also a free Guided Tea Tour.

  • Egg-stravaganza

The popular scavenger Easter Egg Hunt returns for a limited time on the 16th. Once you’ve seen all the Disney-themed character eggs, return your completed map to Disney Traders for a special surprise. There is a $5.99 fee for this. You can buy your map and stickers from the Port of Entry.
